What to Expect at Emmanuel

Emmanuel meets in three worship services on Sundays at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00. See our Schedule for small group, student, and kids programming. During Sunday morning worship encounters you will hear clear, relevant teaching from the Bible, and experience passionate, heart-felt worship; all in a friendly, casual environment. Grab a cup of coffee in the Café, meet new friends on the commons, and come experience an authentic community of people who are journeying to know Christ and make Him known.

Where do I go?

As you come on campus, you will find plenty of parking. Look for signs directing you to specially marked spots for guests. Once on campus, directional signs on the common area will point you to Discovery Park (Infant – Pre-K), The Hangar (K-5) and the Worship Center (adults and students). A welcome desk is located in the Café, directly off the concourse in the main worship building.

What is available for my kids?

Discovery Park is our environment for infants to preschool-aged children. Discovery Park is open during all three worship encounters. In Discovery Park, your preschooler will be learning the truth of God’s Word, and they will know that God made them; God loves them; and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

Hanger 252 offers a worship environment on Sunday morning where kids grades K-5 can connect with God. Teaching is done in a way that helps kids understand biblical truth on their own level.

For your family’s convenience, both Discovery Park and Hangar 252 are offered during all three of our morning worship services.

If you are attending for the first time, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to service time so that there is plenty of time to register your child, to get them settled, and find a seat in the Worship Center. Registration forms are available at check-in, or you can save time by printing the registration form ahead of time, filling it out and bringing it with you.

What is the worship service like?

At Emmanuel, we exist to lead people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This mission is evident in our worship services. You will experience a worship service that is centered on the truth of God’s Word. The teaching points us to the truth of Scripture in a way that is relevant and understandable. Our music is modern and led by worship teams that continuously point to Jesus. You will find worship at Emmanuel to be genuine and engaging. Dress is very casual. We are more concerned with what God is doing in you than what you dress like!

Be sure to fill out a Connection Card in the ministry guide and place it in the offering basket. This is our way of getting to know you, communicating with you, and knowing how we can serve you.

What about Sunday and Wednesday Nights?

Adult Small Groups meet throughout the week; however most of them meet on Sunday and Wednesday nights. While adults are gathering at host homes throughout Crestview, the preschoolers, kids, middle and high school students have creative, interactive ministries on campus both Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Check out weekly schedule for detailed times.
